I’m so grateful for the care this veterinary practice has given my 14-year-old whippet. He has arthritis and can be a little anxious these days, but the team always treat him with such gentleness and patience. They take the time to explain his treatment options clearly, check in on how he’s coping at home, and never make us feel rushed. The vets are incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful in managing his condition, and the reception team are always warm and welcoming. It makes such a difference to feel that your elderly dog is genuinely seen and cared for. Thanks to their support, he’s comfortable, happy, and still enjoying life — and I couldn’t ask for more. Truly an exceptional practice and one I recommend wholeheartedly.

The staff are very attentive and caring from the word go. They are always prompt to answer the phone no matter what time the call is made, very friendly and interested in what the issue with your pet is. When you get to the practice, it is easy to locate and there is always enough parking in my experience. As you go into the practice, the reception staff greet you and your pets at the door and welcome you enthusiastically. The veterinary staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and take great care to make sure that both pet and owner are comfortable and at ease. Especially good with anxious dogs in my experience. They are not cheap but then what vets is! They are no more expensive than any other vet I have been to and will always recommend cheaper alternatives to food or treatment if these are available. Overall I would highly recommend this practice.

Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly and when needed compassionate. Been a client with multiple large and giant breeds of dogs (and the numerous health issues that they have) for over 30yrs. And at times have gone over and beyond what was expected - which we appreciated. It’s like visiting good friends when we turn up. Brilliant, and thank you. Please say independent.

The vet who I saw (Jaya) was lovely, she was very calm & gentle with my elderly dog and listened to my concerns and explained the treatments that were best suited to my dog who has multiple health problems. My dog Cookie is a nervous dog but she was very relaxed with Jaya. Will definitely be seeing her again on Cookies next visit.
