I have been using AR Equine for over a year now and my main equine vet is Adele. From around April 24 until December 24 my cob was unwell with one thing after another but Adele was absolutely amazing, at one point I didn’t think Teddy would actually recover but Adele kept giving me hope to cling on to and in the end my boy came good. AR Equine have proven to me that they are not just there for the equine but also their owners, they understand what a worrying time it can be and take you by the hand each step of the way and join the journey with you, your equine is not just a number to them, they are not just out for the £££’s but genuinely care for the animal in question. I would also like to mention Jill, receptionists often get a bad name but Jill is absolutely amazing, she is polite and professional but again shows real care and compassion, she will also try her best to fit routine or follow up visits to suit the clients. AR Equine also took the hassle out of sorting out insurance and ensured that it was taken care of swiftly and without any stress. Thank you AR Equine, I do hope I don’t have to see Adele for a while tho unless for routine injection appointments x you guys truly are amazing x
