"I cannot thank Jed and Friends’ Veterinary Surgery enough for the life-changing care they provided to my pug. After years of struggling with noisy breathing and low energy, Puggy underwent BOAS surgery here, and the results are truly night and day. From the initial consultation, Dr Teresa Burns and her team were professional and took the time to explain exactly how widening the nostrils and shortening the soft palate would help. The surgery went smoothly, and the post-op care was exceptional. Puggy now breathes silently, has so much more energy for walks, and finally sleeps comfortably without snoring. If you’re considering BOAS surgery for your brachycephalic pet, I would highly recommend Jed and Friends’. Tom

Our first visit this week. A lovely friendly welcome, I was even offered a cup of tea! Dr Teresa is thorough and compassionate , taking time to get to know both Yoshi and me. I will be recommending the practice to family and friends. 10th December 2025, What a fantastic vetinary surgery. We have visited three times over the last few days with our poorly cat. Dr Teresa and her team have been wonderful. The care shown to Yoshi was above and beyond, while the care shown to us was exceptional at a very anxious time. This is the best vetinary practice we have ever visited - we will continue to recommend Dr Teresa and her team to family and friends.

A truly unpleasant, corporate experience when it comes to customer service from staff like Ayesha, Tracey and Adrienne, definitely my first and last visit to this place, to sum up, Jed and Friends are not that friendly 😢.I do not recommend it.

I truly feel sorry for anyone that does not belong to this practice. For 5 years I have taken my dog with all faith to another vets but with no results. Here spotted straight away. Now I know will be a lengthy and expensive full recovery, just have to lower heating and eat beans, but my baby is worth it. Thank you to all staff, you have time and love for each of us, yes may not be on time but hey, would rather wait and see excellent caring vet and staff than those that have a quick in and out without the “special loving, caring and brilliant service” I get. So grateful x

I am so happy that I have found you. The minute I walked through the door with Bambi I knew I had made the best decision for her. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and the advise I was given was amazing thank you so much and never change x

Amazing ! What a veterinary clinic. From the moment you walk in you can just feel the difference between a corporate practice and Jed and friends. The service was exceptional. My dog was terrified of going to the vets and Theresa and her colleagues made sure that Mabel had a positive experience. Thank you very much. So pleased I have found Jed and friends.

I cannot thank all the staff at Jed and Friends enough for taking such good care of my two cats this year, both of whom needed dental procedures under general anaesthetic. They both have very different personalities but were so well looked after by the staff who are some of the kindest people I've ever met! Thank you so much for the wonderful service you provide, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate everything you have done for my two fluffy monsters! :)

I have been with jed and friends for a few months now and I can quite honestly say that they are the best vets I've ever been to. The premises are modern and spotlessly clean. The kindness and compassion shown by the whole team to pets and their owners is extraordinary. Dr Teresa is extremely thorough and explains everything to us in ways we can understand The whole team treat our pets as if they were their own. I would not go anywhere else and if you are looking for an independent vet surgery who really care then I would thoroughly recommend them

My three dogs welfare are put first and that's important to me. Very dedicated vet who explains things clearly as well. Her staff are also very caring. Costs are not too bad either.
