Very professional knowledgeable staff, good responses to all questions I had regarding my dog and his health and treatment.No pushing of products or procedures, just thorough examination and remedial options discussed. My dog usually frets when visiting the vets the relaxed atmosphere put him and myself at ease. Will certainly take him there again.

Very disappointed with this practice. They charge a fee to provide information to pet insurance companies, even when we are the ones handling the claim and have already paid for the treatment. Our insurer is still waiting for confirmation of the total cost of treatment, but the practice has not responded to their emails. The lack of communication and customer care is extremely frustrating. While they are quick to take payment, support afterwards is non-existent. Sadly, we will not be returning.

Hall Place has looked after our last three Great Danes. Unlike a lot of veterinary practices they are very able to deal with giant breeds. They have always gone above and beyond for all of our girls and we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We’ve had our cats go to Hall Place Stokenchurch for a few years and then Marlow after Stokenchurch first closed. They have supported us through two of our cats passings and been so kind and caring, as they understand our pets are family. Lovely staff, very friendly and I’d 100% recommend.

Great staff, listened to my concerns. Very helpful. My dog gets excited going to the vets, and is very jumpy. Some places get really funny but the staff here, understood he's an excitable lab.

Took my 2 yr old cavapoo for his lepto 2 booster vaccine but was told on the day he had to have lepto 4 and come back 4 weeks later for 2nd jab. Paid for vaccine on the day £80. After 1st jab he reacted badly gnawing and scratching himself incessantly making his skin sore, this lasted over 3 weeks so I decided I didn’t want him to have 2nd part of jab as it was clear it didn’t agree with him. I attended the 2nd appointment though so I could tell the vet in person and explain my reason why - said vet agreed to not giving him 2nd jab. Fast forward few weeks I get an invoice for this 2nd appointment for £63. I’m confused as I paid for vaccine but just chose not to have 2nd part. However Hall Place are saying it’s classed as an “examination” so there’s a charge. So basically if I’d just cancelled the 2nd jab appointment with no explanation I would have not been charged - how ridiculous! It’s safe to say I will not be paying an unwarranted fee and will not be using this money grabbing vet practice in the future!
