Melissa Lee and her team deserve the utmost recognition, respect and praise from all pet owners across the board. They acted fast, with empathy and professionalism with my cat who could have lost her eye if it weren't for their immediate and urgent care. They operated on my cat within hours on the same day and have done a fantastic job. They really do care and they really are experts in their fields. Thank you so much. My family and I are indebted to them for saving my cat and for being there when we needed them.

Ralphs Clinic has been incredible in helping our Frenchie, Boris, who is still going through treatment for eye ulcers. Eva and Tyler in ophthalmology have been amazing, caring, knowledgeable, and so supportive. Boris was seen as an emergency within just two hours on a Saturday, and the facilities are honestly better than our own hospitals! Modern, spotless, and incredibly well equipped. We’re so grateful for the care Boris is receiving and highly recommend Ralphs Clinic. Thank you team!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hi! My name is Ralph (but you can call me Ralphie 🥰). I’m actually named after this hospital because the amazing humans here saved my life!!! 🥹💖 I would give them all the stars in the night sky if I could, because without them… I wouldn’t be here today. 🌟 Thank you to all of my heroes for your kindness, love, and care. 🌹💝

Our black lab spent nearly three weeks at Ralph Pet Hospital after a terrifying episode where he vomited a large amount of blood. From the very moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly reassuring. They stood by us during one of the hardest times of our lives, helping us navigate agonizing decisions with compassion and clarity. Our boy underwent two major surgeries and received multiple blood transfusions. Thanks to the tireless efforts of the team, we were able to bring him back home—something we will be forever grateful for. But even if the outcome had been different, our gratitude would remain the same. The level of dedication, care, and genuine love they showed our dog was extraordinary. A special thank-you to Marisa and Martha from the Critical Unit, who fought so hard to save our boy and cared for him as if he were their own. And to Meghan from finance, whose support and guidance made it possible for us to pursue the treatment he needed. Ralph Pet Hospital is filled with exceptional people who go above and beyond for both their patients and their humans. We can’t recommend them highly enough. They gave us hope, strength, and ultimately, more precious time with our beloved lab.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t thank the team at The Ralph Veterinary Referral Hospital enough for the incredible care they gave my cat. One person in particular went above and beyond — her name was Maria. She was so kind, empathetic, and thorough in every update. She explained everything clearly, made me feel reassured, and genuinely seemed to love my cat’s (very sassy!) personality. She even took photos of her while she was recovering and showed me that she was comfortable and looked okay, which meant so much during such a stressful time. When I picked my cat up, she explained everything patiently, answered all of my questions, and was just so warm and genuine — I even gave her a hug! She told me I could always call if I had more questions, which really shows how much she cares. It’s clear that everyone at The Ralph truly loves what they do, and I’m so grateful my cat was in such compassionate and capable hands. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We cannot thank The Ralph enough for the incredible care they gave our 6-month-old Doberman, Reggie, after he suffered a broken neck running into our patio doors. From the very first moment, Irenka and the whole team were simply exceptional. They not only gave Reggie the best possible treatment, but they also kept us fully updated every step of the way, which made such a difference during such a worrying time. The compassion, professionalism, and dedication shown by everyone at The Ralph went above and beyond our expectations. We are so grateful to the entire team for everything they did for Reggie and for us as his family.

The Ralph were absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend them enough. Our dog had to have spinal surgery and stayed at the hospital for just under one week. She was incredibly well looked after and the Ralph were in constant communication with us on a daily basis to keep us updated. Our dog is doing great and I cannot thank them enough.

A year ago today we lost my three year old black Maine Coon Marcella. Marcella was in fantastic condition and healthy. But on the 2nd July 2024 Marcella didn't seem herself, two different branches of our vet (Medivet) couldn't work out what was wrong. We were referred to The Ralph on the 3rd July 2024, I had never heard of them but on Google they seemed knowledgeable and caring. This was the complete opposite to what we were left feeling. We took Marcella to The Ralph and I noticed Marcella was getting worse. The vet looking at Marcella went through a lot of questions and none seemed to explain the problem. The vet left us for a few minutes, but during this time while I was holding Marcella, she was struggling to breathe and the vet returned and took Marcella away. That was the last time I saw her alive, had I known this, I wouldn't have left as we felt (and stayed as long as possible) we were in the way. I have had cats for 40 years and they are my world. It was on an MRI scan whilst being intubated, Marcella had a blood clot on her brain and one in her neck. I was told The Ralph had never experienced a blood clot on the brain of a cat, never mind a second. But they kept her intubated longer than I thought necessary as when I researched it, it was never going to be a positive outcome. But The Ralph kept her intubated longer knowing this. I have been trying to get closure with The Ralph as I wasn't there during her last breath (which I have always been to hold past furrbabies and they are with their Mum and not a stranger), or that I feel her dignity wasn't taken into account. After they had put Marcella to sleep, I was no where near and lived a distance away, we eventually got there, and was asked if they could hold onto Marcella to take samples and do a post mortem to help them, not me or Marcella and her facial features looked like Marcella suffered right until the end. But this was denied, even though I had discussed it with my own vet who I have been going to many years. Micia, Marcella's litter sister is still looking for Marcella. So if you have a bottomless jar of money and accept your furrbaby being treated in a way you wouldn't normally agree with, The Ralph is for you! Oh and they charged £8k. *Although The Ralph has replied 8th July, you will see that they can't deny their actions because they are true! But yet won't admit the extensive conversations have resulted in a feeling of going round in circles.
