During our time as customers of Willow we’ve been exposed to exemplary care, on multiple occasions. We currently have 4 dogs and a cat, one of the dogs requires more vet support than some due to extreme allergies, we were introduced to Amy, and with months of hard work and surgical intervention she has totally changed his life. She’s worked with us to support him medicinally when needed and ensured he got the right nutritional support. She’s worked with us and didn’t hard sell, it was a case of finding the right solution for our boy, up until this point he hasn’t been vet confident due to multiple ear issues… he now runs to Amy for cuddles, the trust between them is evident. Our Rescue Husky x is highly reactive in stressful situations and before moving to Willow had had a traumatic vet experience, it was suggested he Met Wendy, and honestly I’ve never seen a vet take a dog from stress to play within minutes playing on the floor, cuddling, chatting away to him, from the noisy screaming dog to waggling tails let out the back door! Most recently our new rescue popped interested and was greeted by the lovely Bethan, this RVN, instantly will she let me say hello and within minutes Opie was all over her sat on her snuggling with her, in fact when any of our dogs have met Bethan they all melt into her arms she is the true example of a pet professional, her focus was on Opie and her loving the experience, she didn’t want to leave and after sometime keeping Bethan in a very important cuddling meeting we eventually managed to prize her away. I’ve never met someone with such ability to talk to a pet by doing nothing at all. Recently we said goodbye to one of our dogs and we’re lucky enough that in our time of need we had Amy & Bethan by our sides they cared for him and us, they supported us made she he was showered in love in his final minutes as where we they kept us updated when he was off to be cremated and bagged up his harness and some little paw prints for us, we felt that the worst moment was somehow turned into an offering of love and humanity by two humans doing simply little gestures! We have multiple species, Libby and the nursing team saved our cats life with a surgery that had little survival chances but they still tried and succeeded. Special mentions for the care willow offer should go to Bethan, Amy, Wendy, Libby & Gill, whose care really does stand out as something special, more than just vets but great people! From our wild clan THANK you! What a team you all are!

Willows Veterinary Centre & Referral Service Newport road Milton Keynes I took my dog in and asked for a… I took my dog in and asked for a steroids injection as he started to nosh his tail he had the same injection before for the same problem at walnut tree vet,I made sure he couldn't break his skin by putting pants on him until his appointment,the vet took him away from me and shaved his tail to the bone and cut him not once but twice she then came to me saying he's been such a good boy sold me gel for £48 and disappeared very quick but forgot to mention she cut him twice,when I got home my happy dog had become upset and wouldn't let me near him not even for a cuddle let alone check him over I was very upset I didn't know what was going on I had to sleep with him down stairs to keep him calm he spent all night crying ,I had to go all weekend still not knowing what was wrong with my dog as the vet was closed at the weekend I noticed a Matt on his tail which was clearly the reason he was originally noshing it as it was irritating him she should of seen this if she checked him over properly as he turned I noticed 2 dark blood scabs I was shocked she had cut him he would not even walk for a wee he was suffering & so traumatised I used long kitchen utensils to squirt salty water on it As I could still not get near ,3 days and nights this went on and I took him to walnut tree vet on the Tuesday to get seen he has his injection I originally asked for and she confirmed he had 2 cuts my poor baby ,when I called willow the manager was absolutely disgusting not even one apology I canceled my subscription I told them they sold me gel for a wound thAt they caused she said I'll take it off your subscription fee 😡 shocking yet I got a bill which says otherwise ,horrible horrible horrible vets why would U cut someone's animal twice and not tell the owner I was left to deal with the consequences leaving me and my dog completely traumatised my dog was happy and healthy when I took him in he just had a matt that needed to come off which at the time I couldn't see,I' tried again to get my money back As had to pay a further 80 to another vet practice but nothing other than a very rude vet manager I'm going to go to the local news papers warn peopleSee less

Our dog Milo recently had a procedure done, and despite it being an awful lot of money to our own fault of not having insurance he was in good hands and the staff were friendly and helpful with breaking down the costs, and trying to make it a more reasonable price for the meantime if fingers crossed all things clear up. Our dog is quite reactive to new people but to hear how well he was around them all for the day and to witness how unbothered he was by everyone on pickup tells me he was taken well care of . I have a lot of respect and trust in this vets , definitely recommend!
