A really nicely set up, well presented practice with truly comprehensive clinic facilities, a great fresh and friendly feeling as well as good, easy parking (very useful!). It is welcome to see a well run practitioner-owned local vets clearly focused on patient care provision for Olney and the surrounding areas.

Jarden Vets have been nothing short of outstanding in the way they cared for my cat, who has a liver shunt. It’s rare to find a veterinary team who genuinely listen, understand the complexity of the condition, and approach everything with such empathy and kindness. From the moment we arrived, the staff were gentle, reassuring and incredibly patient. They didn’t rush us at any point. they took the time to hear every concern, ask thoughtful questions and make sure my cat felt comfortable and safe. That alone meant the world. The vet was amazing: knowledgeable, compassionate, and so attentive to the small details that really matter with a cat who needs specialist care. The way they handled the situation gave me complete confidence, and I left feeling supported, informed and genuinely looked after. It’s a huge relief to have a veterinary practice that treats you with respect, listens without judgement, and shows such genuine care. Highly recommend them to anyone with pets who need that extra level of understanding and compassion.

An exceptional veterinary practice - truly outstanding. Jarden Vets in Olney are absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked through the door, the whole experience felt like a breath of fresh air. The team were warm, polite and genuinely welcoming - you can feel straight away that they care deeply about both the animals and the people who walk in with them. The practice itself is spotless: clean, tidy, calming and thoughtfully laid out. The atmosphere has such a positive, reassuring energy that it instantly puts you at ease. Our vet was amazing - unbelievably compassionate, patient and understanding. She took the time to explain everything clearly, treated us with empathy, and showed the kind of care that’s rare to find these days. The whole team worked together beautifully, and it’s clear that this is a practice built on passion and professionalism. We’re incredibly fortunate to have such a wonderful veterinary practice in our area. This Vets have set the bar so high, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you for restoring my faith!

Just signed up my dog and gone for our first appointment and the whole team made both me and her feel so welcome and valued! She has a few existing health problems and the team have been so fantastic coming up with a plan that works for both of us. Lovely place with lovely staff, you can really tell how much they care about your pet and my little lady loved it there as well!
