Temple End Veterinary Surgery

My dog Jack was recently admitted for work on his teeth. Truly outstanding service from start to finish ! The vet explained fully with what was needed and what was going to happen before and after surgery. Then when I collected Jack the nurse fully explained what to expect and drugs and how they need to be administered. Aftercare was amazing when Jack was not feeling great - they saw him again and now he is back to full power ! Thanks so much for everything .

Good vets AND STILL INDEPENDENT- NOT PART OF A CONGLOMERATE

Absolutely discussed. Money grabbers don't care about the pets at all!!! I am extremely disappointed with the service we received at this clinic. We took our kitten in for an appointment, paid for the consultation and an injection, and were told to return if she wasn’t improving. We specifically asked whether we would have to pay another consultation fee if we brought her back, and we were told twice that we would not, as she had already been consulted. When we returned because the kitten was still unwell, we were suddenly told to go to their hospital. Before leaving, we asked again whether there were any fees due at the clinic and were told no, and that we would only pay at the hospital. We even asked whether there were any other options to avoid the hospital, and were told there weren’t because another injection “wouldn’t do anything.” We decided to get a second opinion elsewhere. Later that evening, we received a call telling us to come back to the Wycombe clinic for the same injection we had just been told would be pointless. We declined. The next day, a receptionist called demanding payment for another consultation fee—over £50—for the visit we were clearly told multiple times would not be charged. When I asked for clarification, the receptionist couldn’t even explain why we were being charged or why we were advised to come back for an injection they previously said wouldn’t help. The communication was inconsistent, confusing, and ultimately left us feeling misled. This experience has completely broken our trust, and we will not be returning.

Brilliant, caring Vets. Have used them for 60 years. The vets have changed over the years but the care they give has not. Would not go anywhere else. Thoroughly recommend this practice.

Friendly staff and amazing vets. Bought my two cats here for spaying and the staff were beyond helpful and caring. Kept in touch with me throughout the day to let me know how they were doing.

This is a fantastic little vet practice. The staff are amazing—super friendly, compassionate, and they treat your pets as if they were their own. We moved to the area a couple of years ago and registered our elderly house rabbit with them. Sadly, age caught up with her, and although we planned to take her in for a visit, she passed away in the car on the way there. The veterinary team were incredibly sympathetic and arranged her cremation promptly and with care. Since then, we’ve adopted two cats and signed them up for the Pet Plan, which covers flea treatments, worming, and more. We’ve been very happy with the service and ongoing care.
