Mixed experience here - the vets (Malcolm in particular) are incredible, as is one of the reception ladies. However, another receptionist (Roz) is the rudest individual I've come across in a while - I don't expect to be made to feel like an inconvenience when collecting medication for my cats (muttering and swearing under her breath, throwing paperwork down on the counter, etc). I was asked if I was in to collect a paper prescription and mistakenly said yes, as I wasn't sure what she meant, which then prompted the hissy fit! She has no phone manner either; I've sat and cringed when listening to her interactions in the past, while sitting in the waiting area. Not a good look for an otherwise brilliant surgery; customer service training for this woman is desperately needed!

Visited with our elderly dog, we were seen before our appointment time, by Vet Callum. Callum was very thorough, and was lovely with our dog, costings where explained to us before any treatment was given and lots of fuss and treats for our dog too! Very pleased with the service we received. Thank you, highly recommend

Long time customer. Have spent thousands here. Looks like this place has gone downhill since covid. Have been abroad but since back charged £120 for an allergy injection I normally pay £30 for in Europe. Complete rip off and will no longer be visiting this vet.

The most compassionate and caring receptionists I have ever met. They helped me when I was grieving for my beloved cat. One of them even drove to the hospital to pick her ashes up. I will never forget their kindness and support. Such lovely women. (Wednesday 22nd Jan.) Thank you.

I always appreciate how much they care for animals at Hampden vets, the vets talk to me and my pets and try and help reassure us both. I always feel glad they take the time to explain the options and aftercare thoroughly. I highly recommend this surgery and Malcolm in particular is so knowledgeable and great with the animals.

Excellent Vet Care. Helped diagnose a non straight forward issue with one of our Cats. Talking through the process, and worked to keep the costs down with only the relevant treatments and procedures. The cat had seen 3 previous vets, all of which completely failed to find the issue in question. We now take all the Fuzzy Family to this practice only.
